"We moved from St Paul, MN to Des Moines, IA in June with Quality Moving & Storage. We interviewed and quoted four moving companies with Quality providing the best price value, including assurance of extra efforts to protect home and goods from damage. Jill and her team packed the China cabinet, kitchen, garage, and other miscellaneous breakables. (We packed everything else.). Matt and his team loaded and unloaded two trucks. They took extra care not to damage our homes or goods. They moved family heirloom furniture without a scratch. They made sure we were happy with placement of items in our new home. "Dom, Steve, Dylan, and Terrance — you are the best movers I have ever had. And I say that having moved 9 times in the last 12 years, including in-town and cross-country moves. This crew tackled something genuinely complex, as we combined two apartments into one house for a family of four plus a grandparent, moving us from Minneapolis to Edina, all in a single day. They were efficient in a way I've never experienced before, and they came fully prepared. They brought their own packing supplies for everything still left to wrap up, and had tools on hand to break down and reassemble bed frames and furniture at both ends. What made them special wasn't just the logistics, they were friendly, flexible, and fun. They worked seamlessly around our family, made great conversation, and played music that had my 4-year-old dancing as she explored her new home for the first time. At the new house, they set everything up efficiently and (bless them) patiently tolerated my very nitpicky need to move a heavy dresser a few inches... then back... then back again. My late father helped me in all my previous moves and was the gold standard of a hard worker who appreciated people taking pride in what they do. He would have given this crew the biggest handshake and told them they did a fine job. That's the highest compliment I know how to give. If we ever move again, we will 100% be using Quality Moving & Storage."
