Quality Moving and Storage

Welcome to Quality Moving and Storage! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, including moving, packing, storage, and any other related services (collectively, the “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. SERVICES PROVIDED

Quality Moving and Storage provides professional moving, packing, and storage services. The specifics of each service, including pricing and availability, will be detailed in individual service agreements or quotes provided to you.

2. QUOTES AND PAYMENT

  • All quotes provided are estimates and may be subject to change based on additional services required, labor involved, or unexpected circumstances.
  • A deposit may be required to secure your moving or storage service.
  • Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.
  • We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic transfers.
  • Late payments may be subject to additional fees or interest charges.

3. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service date.
  • Deposits may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your service agreement.
  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations may incur a fee.

4. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You are responsible for packing and labeling your items unless our packing services are utilized.
  • Any fragile, high-value, or hazardous materials must be disclosed before the move.
  • You must provide clear access to the premises for our team to perform the move.
  • You must ensure that all items being moved comply with legal and safety regulations.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • Quality Moving and Storage is not responsible for damages caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, road conditions, or force majeure events.
  • Liability for lost or damaged items is limited to the coverage stated in the service agreement. Additional insurance may be available upon request.
  • We do not transport hazardous, illegal, perishable, or prohibited items. If such items are found, we reserve the right to refuse service.

6. STORAGE TERMS

  • Storage services are provided under separate agreements detailing rental terms, fees, and access conditions.
  • Items stored with us must be properly packed and comply with all applicable regulations.
  • Failure to make payments for storage may result in the disposal or auctioning of stored items.

7. CLAIMS AND DISPUTES

  • Any claims for loss or damage must be reported in writing within 2 weeks (14 days)  of service completion.
  • We will investigate claims in good faith and determine appropriate resolutions based on service agreements and applicable policies.
  • Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in accordance with the laws of Minnesota.

8. PRIVACY POLICY

  • We collect and use customer information solely for service-related purposes.
  • Personal information will not be shared or sold to third parties, except as required by law.

9. TERMINATION OF SERVICES

  • We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services for violations of these Terms or any illegal activity.
  • In such cases, no refunds will be provided.

10. CHANGES TO TERMS

  • We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be available on our website.
  • Continued use of our Services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
